Somewhere in America, a family recently unearthed this treasure trove of vintage shoes in an building they inherited from their grandparents. It was a shoe store from the 40s to the 60s, but for some reason, the place has been sealed shut for decades. (They posted the pics on Reddit, but didn’t reveal the location.) As you can see they aren’t exactly Charles Jourdan or Churches here either. (To me, they look like fairly cheap hoes to begin with…) but those boxes are great and as an archaeological dig, it’s fun to see any time capsule opened. Film art directors and props department, take note!
