Robert Pattinson‘s Hollywood house is on the market. The Seyler House was designed by Stiles O. Clements (of the El Capitan Theatre) and was “one of the first private residences built in the hills above Los Feliz,” according to the listing. It sits on 1.5 acres of gloriously landscaped acreage, and also comes with three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, library, dining room, a lagoon pool, an amphitheater, and line of famous Hollywood owners, including Tim Curry, Noah Wyle, and cinematographer Robert Richardson. Pattinson bought it in 2011 for $6.275 million and is now selling for $6.75 million, which seems like a pretty good bargain, if you’ve got the money.
