When Kanye West headlined the Glastonbury Music & Arts Festival last month, he exclaimed to the crowd “you are watching the greatest living rock star on the planet!” Of course, we’re pretty used to grandiose pronouncements like that coming from ‘Ye, but Corey Taylor, lead “singer” for Slipknot, is having none of it. He recently took off his mask and posted a video telling Kanye that he’s not the greatest living rock star on the planet, in fact, he’s “like those guys who talk about pussy. They never get as much as they brag about.”
“Stop it.” he says, slapping his wrist. “Just stop it!”
Watch the video below, and btw, who knew the guy from Slipknot was a hot ging with big old jug ears? Soooo… why on earth would he wear that mask? I always assume people in masks are elephant men. This changes my whole world view.

Why is Taylor so concerned with Kanye West running his mouth? If Kanye is the fool that some music fans think he is, isn’t it better to just ignore him until he goes away? Oh, that’s right, Taylor is currently promoting his new book, You’re Making Me Hate You, and what better way to draw attention to yourself than feuding with one of the biggest celebrities on the planet?
Making a video of yourself spouting grand statements in order to cause a ruckus and move units on your book? Sounds like something Kanye would do.
