Yesterday, my pal Jody Morlock, the lead makeup artist on The Daily Show, shared her thoughts on Jon Stewart‘s last week. After she recovered from the festivities Thursday night, she sent me some pics and I asked her about the after-party;

Yes, we heard those fireworks all over Manhattan and little did we all know what a BIG send off Jon was getting. Check out Jody’s pics of backstage and a the party, along with her new boss, Trevor Noah, who everyone seems to be really excited to work with. Jon Stewart said of Noah’s new role;
“I may rejoin as a correspondent to be a part of it!”
A nice thing of him to say – but wouldn’t that actually be great!?
