Not to be judgmental but I would imagine if you are getting a tattoo of your rock idol or fave star, the intention MIGHT be for them to be somewhat recognizable, no? But “art” is subjective, so you be the judge and jury here. For me, it’s an open and shut case. This ink stinks.
