Remember the time bunny-boiler Taylor Swift bought the house across the street from her jailbait boyfriend Conor Kennedy? Remember how well THAT worked out for her? Well, she’s at it again. The Daily Mail is reporting that Tay-Tay has her heart set on buying the $7million Tower of Lethendy, a Scottish Baronial manor house which dates back to 1570, so she can have a base close to boyfriend Calvin Harris‘ family.
Tower of Lethendy is certainly a home fit for the pop superstar, boasting eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms in the main house – a Scottish Baronial manor house which dates back to 1570 – as well as two gate lodges and two staff cottages.
Currently owned by a Canadian family, the interior of the mansion was given a huge overhaul twenty years ago with the estate used as a wedding and holiday venue.
There are multiple reception rooms including a library with bespoke oak shelves, a china room and a huge kitchen, perfect for Taylor who loves to post photos of her celeb-filled baking parties on Instagram.
Upstairs, the master bedroom suite includes a huge bedroom, a sitting room, shower room, bathroom and a vast dressing room and walk-in closet to house the superstar’s designer gowns.
The estate also includes its own 18-hole golf course, heated swimming pool and tennis courts across the 40-acre site.
As well as the beautiful private grounds, the castle is surrounded by stunning Perthshire countryside, with the Grampian Mountains to the north
I mean, it’s lovely and all, but let’s be real: It doesn’t even have a moat, so WHATEVER. Pass! Also, they haven’t even been dating a year yet, so I think Little Miss Bad Blood might be jumping the gun YET AGAIN.
