1) The segment on vaginal weight lifting, demonstrated with a giant stone egg that’s inserted in the vagina to tighten it, and then – when you master that – rocks, gatorade bottles, and handbags are hung from it.

2) Celebrity matchmaker Patti Stanger stopped by the studio, and dropped the bombshell that she was a lesbian for a year in her 20s – who knew?

3) “Muscle goddess” Lauren Powers (who had just been on the earlier episode of Botched) discusses her 12 boob jobs, then gets relationship help from Patti.

4) There was a “ballsac ironing” conversation that got a little disturbing. When your stretched-out scrotum dangles down to the toilet water, Dr Dubrow suggests it’s time for a scrotum tightening.
