YouTuber “The Backyard Scientist” recently decided to pour molten aluminum inside a watermelon, because why not? He expected it would explode (shooting white hot liquid metal into the air, not very smart) , but when he cut open the fruit he was surprised to find that the metal filled all the veins connecting the seeds, creating an awesome Louise Bourgeoise-esque sculpture.
