The Vivos Europa One shelter, in Rothenstein, Germany, was just unveiled by founder, Robert Vicinio. It consists of a planned survival complex that could be billionaire’s mega- mansion – but even BIGGER. It has swimming pools, theaters, gyms, restaurants, custom apartments and its own helicopter service to whisk you there when the sh*t goes down. It can also apparently withstand a nuclear blast, chemical agents, earthquakes, tsunamis – and just any other disaster or attack. The cost for an apartment here remains vague at best, the property is valued at $1.1 billion. It’s promoted as being in “turnkey operational condition” and residents are accepted based on their “skills”.

The photos here show a pretty luxurious, albeit windowless, invitation-only underground survival bunker, which is being called the world’s “ultimate doomsday escape”. Each family will have a private 2,500-square-foot apartment, which they can design and build to their own specs. They might decide to add a pool, a theater and they’ll have access to a hospital, restaurants and a bakery. There will be interior roads, a wine cellar, prayer rooms, classrooms, a TV station and a detention center.

Families will pay a base sum for their apartment, along with their share of the costs for managing and staffing the complex, and other costs. (The pictures shown are from Germany but I’m confused because it says their first bunker is in Indiana…?) Anyway, prices on their website are $35,000 for adults and $25,000 for children. (This must be in addition to the cost of your apartment.) Vivos says, as the 76-acre complex can survive a close-range nuclear blast or a natural disaster. In addition to its 227,904 square feet of blast-proof living areas, the bunker also has 43,906 square feet of above-ground space too. It also has its own self-contained water and power generation system, as well as climate, ventilation, air filtration and communication systems. I guess you could more easily say, they thought of EVERYTHING to recreate life underground, for a little while anyway. In the event of a disaster, families will fly to nearby airports before lockdown. They will then be transferred to Vivos Europa One by Vivos helicopters. The company will provide protective equipment needed to brave the outer world.

The shelters are fully stocked with food and other resources, and can operate autonomously for six months to a year. Vivos aims to accommodate 6,000 people –not a lot considering there are billions on the planet now, 7, I think. Vicino has previously said that he was ‘inspired’ by a powerful ‘message’ he got in the 1980s, telling him that he needed to build a survival shelter for thousands, but he didn’t say where the message came from. In a statement, Vivos told the Daily Mail;

“We are clearly living in dangerous and changing times that the uninformed will never understand until the threats are evident. We cannot predict, but we can prepare.”

If you read the previous post about our imminent mass-extinction, I guess all this is good news. Start saving, kids. You can visit the website for more info here.
